Firstly :

And on the other hand :
Any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer", wishing to make a purchase via the johnscamper.com website, hereinafter referred to as "the website".
Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
The validation of an order on the website entails the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. To this end, a checkbox allows the buyer to explicitly accept these conditions. In case of refusal, the buyer is free to proceed with the closing of the website and to abandon the order.
Products, availability and delivery times
The products available for sale are those which are present on the website, and which have an “add to basket” button. Stock availability and delivery times are specified on the page of each product offered for sale. The buyer is invited to check the availability and delivery time information before proceeding with the order.
When the delivery time exceeds four weeks, the user may request cancellation of the order at no additional cost. The refund of the order will then be made within fifteen working days.
Right to retract
The buyer has 14 days (in accordance with article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code) from the date of receipt of the product to return the ordered products to us. Any product return following a right of withdrawal will be at the expense of the buyer, and must comply with the following conditions: complete product and in perfect condition, in its original packaging.

A product return request (via the contact form offered on the website) may be made in advance by the buyer, specifying whether he wishes to obtain a credit note, a refund, or a product exchange.
Seller's Limitation of Liability
The seller is bound by an obligation of means and is responsible for the proper execution of the order. However, the seller cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the partial or total non-execution of the order in the event of force majeure, a cause attributable to the buyer or one or more unforeseeable and insurmountable events.
The seller can in no way be held responsible for the misuse of a product by the buyer; in particular, the seller cannot be held responsible for the buyer's inability to correctly install or assemble a product sold on the website.
In all cases, the seller's liability will be limited to the amount of the order inclusive of all taxes.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this contract, the competent ordinary court is the Judicial Court of Montpellier, Place Pierre Flotte, 34040 MONTPELLIER CEDEX 1.
